The Volunteer Resource Center sponsors a variety of year-round events that bring volunteers and volunteer programs together.

What events are best for you?
Day of Service: A program for first year students. DOS gives you the opportunity to engage in your local community and learn how to stay involved.
Volunteer Fairs: A fun event for all students interested in finding an organization to volunteer with. Over 60 organizations come to the CU Campus twice a year to connect with students
Give-A-Day: Perfect for residence halls, individuals, or groups that would like to volunteer as a one time event.
Nearly Naked Mile: Nearly Naked Mile is a clothing drive and is open to ALL CU students. VRC hosts a week of education surrounding poverty and homelessness leading up to the run date.
Eye Contact: An art Awareness Forum and socially conscious alternative holiday gift shopping event.
Buffalo Can Challenge: Teams of students collect canned foods and then build “CANstructions.” Prizes are given out to the groups that win first, second and third place.
Better Boulder Better World: This is a great opportunity to participate as a residence hall, individual, or as a group in a low maintenance one-time service project with other CU Students.
